How do I create an account?
This is how you can set up your account whether you are brand new to Questar or a customer who would like access to the online portal for Questar Solutions.
New Users who are not customers
Navigate to www.questarsoutions.com
Click create an account in the top right corner
Enter your name and email
Confirm you are not a robot
Click Submit.
Current Customers who want an online account
Navigate to www.questarsoutions.com
Click sign in at the top right corner
Click existing customer
Enter your name, email, an invoice number, your customer code and your zip code. (you can find this information on your invoices)
Confirm you are not a robot
Click Submit.
